🔫 Pistol

A toy water gun or pistol, typically depicted in bright colors such as green, orange, or blue. Originally depicted as a realistic handgun on most platforms, but has been changed to a toy water gun across major platforms to promote a more playful, non-violent representation. Used to represent water guns, water fights, summer fun, or playfulness. May also be used more generally for the concept of "shooting" in a non-violent context, such as shooting one's shot or taking a chance.
